no school!!!

okay so today we are out of school again! yay but its not so great either... see the thing is, we have 13 snow days. we have already used 6 of them so we only have 7 left. the bad thing about that is that we are supposed to have a lot of snow (for tennessee) in febuary and if we exceed our snow days, then we have to use days in our summer for school. we already have such a short summer! i get out of school may 21st but go back july 31st! so barely over 2 months. yea i know its dumb... but there's at least 2 inches of snow outside so that's a lot for here. so yea... oh and we found both of my dogs piper and jamie! yea when we found piper she was running around on the highway. jamie wasnt with her though and we didnt find her until about four days later.. my mom and i went to the post office in pleasant shade, (my town) to send out the flyers for jamie. my friend Grace's mom works there so we know her pretty well. so we were folding up flyers to mail out and this guy walked in. we asked him if he had seen jamie and he said that he hadn't but he would keep his eye out for her. so he went home and a few other people came in we asked them the same thing. a few minutes later the first guy that was in the post office called Grace's mom(Cherie pernounced sherry not cherrie lol)and told her that his son had seen jamie running around somebody's house. so we Cherie told us the address and we headed out to there house. when we got to the house no body was there. the people that lived there had the cutest dog. i was petting it and talking to it while my mom was knocking on their door. well sure enough, jamie must of heard my voice because she came running around the corner of the house and literally jumped into my arms. she was really skinny because she hadn't eaten in a week, poor thing! since the people weren't there, we didn't know what to do. so my mom was just like "lets just take her and go!" lol so we just left and hoped the people that lived there wouldn't worry too much about her. oh and they have a little baby new born girl that was premature and is in the hospital. apparently her condition is very serious so please pray for her! well that's all i have to say so i will go now.. night!
